HANALEI, KAUAI VACATION RENTAL: Two story house located in the heart of Hanalei is an interior designers heaven! 3 bedroom, 2 baths with A/C in all of the bedrooms! Each King suite is designed with full privacy in mind and has it's own private bath. Heading up the Kamani Wood paneled staircase to the second floor you'll find remarkable mountain & waterfall views from the dining room (which comfortably seats 8), the cozy living room and the fabulous Ipe Wood lanai. Sleeps 8 people.
Also on the second floor is the third air conditioned bedroom with 2 Twin beds that can be used for the keikis (kids) or converted to another King bed.
There is the shower room and a full stainless steel, fully stocked Kitchen. We believe the preparation of meals is a major part of the vacation rental experience and this home will definitely make yours fun, easy and memorable.
The owners have used the local jungle fowl, the Moa (and the ever present yet never the same Kauai Rooster) as inspiration for the colors in this new house. Nature is bold and amazing, so the owners decided to give in to the power! The cocks comb red floors are dazzling and inspirational while the dark wood trim, tropical wood accents and natural slate bathrooms bring an earthiness to the overall design of the house.
The exterior is lushly landscaped and framed for privacy. Although the home is located on the main road of Hanalei once you enter the Mauka Mana gate you are transported to another dimension. There is a small guest house on the property that the owners live in while on island.
