On the property there is also a detached 500 sq. ft. guest house (sleeps 2) that can be rented separately, or as an additional accommodation to the main house.
The main house is spacious enough for entertaining, but designed for two. The home is the perfect blend of open spaces and ultra privacy. With unbelievable views from every window, over-sized sliding doors open onto a wrap around lanai, bringing the outside in. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a choice of dining areas in house, on the sunset lanai, or in the pool side gazebo. A 60 foot designer heated pool and spa offer breath taking views of Bali Hai by day and beautiful starry nights.
The entertainment center is complete with Plasma TV, DVD, VHS and surround sound stereo while the office is equipped with high speed internet and fax.
There is also a beautiful 500 sq. ft. guesthouse available on property. It is located approximately 150 feet from the main house and pool. Completely separate and private, in a setting all its own, it follows the same New York loft/Balinese style of the main house incorporating exotic woods, Asian furnishings and open spaces. In addition to an outdoor gas grill, the roomy kitchenette has a toaster oven, microwave and full refrigerator.
An ultra comfortable queen size bed, sleeping loft and full bathroom make this a perfect hideaway for two. Double wide sliding glass doors open to bring the tropical outdoors inside. Your private yard and lanai, complete with outdoor shower, provide ample room to sunbathe and relax in the garden. Or, come and enjoy sweeping ocean, mountain and sunset views from the 60 foot designer pool and spa. An ideal honeymoon destination, private retreat or additional housing for guests or staff when renting the main house, this little gem is its own paradise!
Amenities include a pre-selection of fine/rare wines available upon request, ultra comfortable Tempurpedic bed, security gate, private drive, caretaker on site for 24 hour assistance, housekeeping provided 2 times a week, personal chef, massage therapy, and yoga instruction (when available by referral).
The Kilauea Lighthouse is a half mile away with hiking and bird watching. Downtown Kilauea Town is one mile away with shopping and casual dining. Princeville, just down the road, has world class golfing and activities. Beautiful Hanalei is eight miles away with walks on the bay, shopping and a variety of restaurants.
