The main floor living and dining areas are furnished to accommodate 6 or 8 people very comfortably. There is a modern entertainment center in the living room, including TV, VCR, CD player and tape deck. The very plush couch turns into a sofa-sleeper to accomodate that extra person!
The kitchen is fully furnished with all the necessary cooking and eating utensils including every modern appliance to cook that speacial meal for your family. There are grocery stores in Hanalei, Princeville and Kapaa. Also dont forget about the Tuesday and Saturday Farmers Markets for local fruits & vegetables.Keiki Leos master bedroom features a king-sized bed, walk-in closet and bath including a double-headed shower. Located on the main floor, the master suite takes full advantage of the vaulted beam ceilings and unique "tree house" design of the home.
You can fall asleep to the song of tropical rain falling on the roof and wake up to the call of the birds in the trees that are right outside the windows. On most mornings, you can see dozens of waterfalls on the mountains, just by stepping out of bed and onto the lanai. Its a deeply peaceful, restful spot, with all of the modern conveniences.
Downstairs Bedrooms:
The two bedrooms and one bath (two queen beds) located on the ground floor are accessed by an outside separate entry, the imported spanish tile floors in these rooms make for cool and comfortable living. All necessary towels and bed linens are provided. Both bedrooms access a paved, covered patio that looks out onto the lushly landscaped private yard surrounding the house.
The Neighborhood:
Keiki Leo is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. There are beach access paths at both ends of Alamoo Road (where the house is located). One path passes right beside the tennis courts at Billy Jean Kings beach house. Wild chickens roam the neighborhood. Birds flourish in the area. Keiki Leos location is a safe, friendly spot on Kauai that will have you returning again & again!
