The Blue Lagoon was designed to be part of the landscape, to embrace the views of the Blue Lagoon and the Pacific Ocean with Princeville as a back drop. Protected by the barrier reef, the lagoon offers a place to swim safely, directly in front of the house.

"The nicest home on the North Shore", each of the four bedrooms has it's own private entry and exit with a clear view of either the ocean or a water fall.

The home was built using the finest materials including Cedar, Brazilian mahogany floors, spacious Ipe decks and Brazilian marble counter tops.  There are jacuzzi bathtubs in both oceanfront suites.  Large windows capture mystical magical views, Koi ponds, waterfalls and tropical flowers that are in abundance on this compound.

Hand-stacked Hawaiian lava rock walls provide privacy and an old-Hawaii ambiance, planted with a variety of Orchids, Bromiliades and many Indigenous Hawaiian Tropical plantings.  The yard is meticulously landscaped and welcomes you to stroll thru the property, as your senses areengaged by the sights and smells of tropical flowers and fruits.

For golfers, Seashore Paspalum grass surrounds the house,
the same kind of grass found on the greens at the Prince Golf Course in Princeville, rated the #1 golf course in all of Hawaii, only 15 minutes away. The grass feels like carpet and there is a fun miniature golf course with plenty of putters and golf balls supplied.

For snorkelers, this is what you have been dreaming of... clear, pristine waters, a variety of colorful reef fish. On any given day you can encounter turtles, spinner dolphins, whales, and the occasional Monk seal.

Wake up in the morning to the sounds of the ocean lapping on the shore.  The sheer natural beauty of the sounds found here will delight and rejuvenate your spirit.

Wake up to a spectacular sunrise as you hear the music of the song birds engaging in their morning ritual singing competitions. There are a variety of special birds for you to collect photographs and enjoy their habits in this paradise.  Another sound from the property is three small waterfalls, which includes Koi ponds with florescent fish and friendly Koi.
