The detached 1,800 sq. ft. guest house sits above its own pond at the front of the property. It contains one Master Suite with a king-size bed, fully equipped kitchen, home theater, dining room (seats 6), 2 full baths, laundry facilities and an outside deck overlooking a pond. An electronically controlled lighting system throughout the home and grounds is pre-programmed to be hassle free. This home is equipped with a security system and a secured entry gate. Kauai Nani has a large heated pool & spa with spectacular views, 2,000 square feet of covered decks, poolside dining for 10, fully equipped office and conference room with seating for 8, a private office with A/C, fax machine, 3-line telephone system, dedicated modem and incredible views.
